Your Twyp account will be blocked from that date on. You don't have to do anything for this to happen. After being blocked, you won't be able to open the app, check details or see chats any more.
Do you still have money in your Twyp, and did you also enter your account number (IBAN) in the app? In that case, we'll withdraw your balance to your IBAN on 24th November 2016.
Do you still have money in your Twyp, but never entered your IBAN in the app (for instance to make a withdrawal)? You can enter your IBAN until 15th December 2016 and withdraw your money to your bank account yourself. You won't be able to do this after that date. If you didn't manage to do this in time, please call the Twyp Customer Service on 020 591 89 99. Once you give us your IBAN, we'll be able to withdraw your money. We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 21:00 and Saturday from 9:00 until 17:00. You can also reach us through the contact form on www.twyp.com.
